Which file format is best for printing?
Upload your artwork as a PNG at 300ppi in RGB colour mode. Poster and canvas print files can also be uploaded as a JPG as long as they're 300ppi.
We can also accept .pdf, .cdr and .eps files.
What is the maximum printable area for mugs?
The maximum print size varies depending on the mug. Please supply all artwork as a 300ppi PNG in RGB colour mode.
- 11oz mugs: 8cm x 20cm.
- 15oz mugs: 8cm x 22cm.
- Two-toned mugs: 8cm x 20cm.
- Enamel mugs: 5cm x 20cm.
- Travel mugs: 8cm x 22cm.
What is the maximum printable area for tote bags and throw cushions?
The maximum print size varies depending on the product. Please supply all artwork as a 300ppi PNG in RGB colour mode.
- Tote bags: 41.5cm x 44cm.
- Small square cushion: 30cm x 30cm.
- Large square cushion: 40cm x 40cm.
What is the maximum printable area for canvases?
Canvases are printed as a 'gallery wrap' (image wraps around the frame) so please add a 2-inch bleed onto each side for full wrap canvasses and provide artwork at 300ppi in RGB. There are a variety of canvas sizes available on our website.
Can you print onto dark garments?
DTG is perfect for printing onto either white, coloured or dark garments.
Can I supply blank garments?
Yes, if you wish to supply your own garments this is fine. However, when your own garments are supplied, we will not replace or refund any missprinted or spoiled garments under any circumstances. You supply the garments at your own risk.
